Nakeba “Nikkk” Henderson provides mobile notary services in the State of Georgia in compliance with Georgia notary public laws and regulations.

The notary public is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain the contents of documents. Notarization services may be refused if required legal conditions are not met, including but not limited to improper identification, incomplete documents, unwilling signers, or concerns regarding signer awareness or competency.

All signers must be present and provide valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. Clients are responsible for providing any required witnesses unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Mobile services may include travel, after-hours, or emergency convenience fees. Fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to appointment completion. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a fee, particularly for same-day or emergency requests.
